Chocolate Can Be Good For You!!

Do you love chocolate as much as I do? Do you also limit your chocolate intake as you are worried of all the added sugar and additives? Did you know that chocolate can actually be good for your health? Here is the deal, most of the common products that you often consume for chocolate is filled with refined sugar and funky substances. If you change such products that contain refined cacao with raw cacao, you'll actually be doing yourself a favour by eating chocolate! :)

Raw cacao powder is made by cold-pressing unfrosted cacao beans. This process keeps the living enzymes in the cacao and gets rid of the fat. Refined cacao is roasted in high temperature and often contains lots of sugar and other additives. Here is a bit more detailed explanation of how you can improve your health by choosing raw cacao;

- Raw cacao contains over 700 (!!) compounds that aids the reduction of bad cholesterol and prevent heart disease

Healthy doesn't have to be tasteless and dull. It can taste like chocolate!
